Trainer Calendar — Privacy Policy

Information you enter
The app stores client names and contact details, session rates, bookings, locations, session and injury notes, earnings figures, workout history, individual exercise sets, custom exercises, workout templates, and unfinished workout drafts. These are saved locally on your device. You choose what information to enter.
Calendar access and Apple services
With your permission, the app uses Apple's EventKit framework to read your device calendars and save sessions. The underlying calendar account may sync those events through its provider according to your device settings. Optional address suggestions and opening locations in Maps use Apple's mapping services.
Optional voice booking
When you tap the microphone, Apple speech recognition turns your voice into text. Recognition runs on your device when supported; otherwise Apple may process the audio and client-name hints under its speech recognition privacy terms. The app does not save recordings. Booking interpretation happens locally, and you review the details before saving. You can type instead or revoke microphone and speech permissions in Settings. No paid AI service is used.
Optional iCloud sync
When iCloud is available for this app, your saved app data is copied to your private CloudKit database and can sync to devices signed in to the same Apple account. Older iCloud copies are preserved during migration. Display filters and device calendar permissions remain specific to each device. The developer cannot access your personal iCloud data. Apple's services are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Fonts and network requests
Some versions of Trainer Calendar load fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these resources sends ordinary connection information, including your IP address and request headers, to Google's servers. Font requests do not intentionally include your client names, bookings, notes, or earnings. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Sharing you choose
If you export a backup, email a schedule, or open a calendar-sharing link, the information you choose to share is handled by your chosen app or recipient. If you configure an optional external sync server, synced calendar information is sent to that server; its operator's privacy practices apply. These actions are initiated by you.
Analytics, advertising, and sale
We do not use advertising or analytics services in the app and do not sell or rent your app data.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains until you remove it in the app or delete the app's data from your device. The app keeps up to ten local recovery copies of earlier records to help recover accidental changes. Copies may remain in device backups, calendar accounts, iCloud, or exports you created. Manage those copies in the relevant account or backup settings. You can revoke calendar permission in iOS Settings and manage this app’s iCloud access in your Apple device settings. Turning off sync alone does not delete existing copies.
Children
Trainer Calendar is a professional scheduling tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Recently Deleted
Deleted training sessions, workouts, and templates retain a recovery copy for up to 30 days. Removed client profiles remain recoverable with their history. These recovery records are included in your private iCloud sync and exported backups. An unreadable local saved file is preserved separately before you explicitly restore a recovery copy.
